[Adoption] Junior The Boston Terrier Mix Needs A Home!

If you need a new member of the family and live in or around Providence, Rhode Island, Junior is your guy. Junior is with Friends of Homeless Animals, Inc. and is already neutered, purebred, up to date with shots, and good with dogs. AGE: 18 months approx. WEIGHT:  35-40  lbs - Up to date on everything and fixed.

This is a Boston Terrier/ English Bulldog mix. This ‘breed’ is very popular in Missouri, it’s called Olde Boston Buldogge so Junior was used only for breeding purposes.  Someone reported him to the local Animal Control as an abuse/cruelty case because of the conditions poor Junior was observed living in.

We’re told he’s approximately 1 1/2 years of age. He has gone through a lot of trauma and needs now to be loved and feel safe. When he got taken by animal control they wanted to him put down because they thought he was mixed with pit bull terrier,  but a friend from another local humane society really went to bat for him, FOHA stepped up and we found out that he is a Boston Terrier/English bulldog mix.

Junior was put in the back yard in a black wire kennel with no covering and was just forgotten about. His owner was talked into relinquishing poor Junior.  He just needs a good loving home with someone with the patience to give him time to love you. He does just fine with other dogs and he likes people.
