As usual, most of our “scary stories” have good endings so save the kleenex. This story comes to us from CBC News Calgary: A blind 11-year-old Boston terrier that went missing Thursday has been found. The dog, named Raymond, was dropped off at a veterinarian Friday morning after nearby business owners say they saw the dog running around Inglewood without its owner and took it for safe keeping.

Raymond, an 11-year-old Boston terrier, went missing from a shop Thursday evening.

Fears dog was stolen

Leslie Sweder says she left her dog tied up outside a shop in Inglewood in the city’s southeast.

When she left the store 10 minutes later, the dog — and his leash — had vanished, she says.

Fearing Raymond had been taken, Sweder spent hours putting up posters and scouring Inglewood.

Sweder has since been reunited with her dog.
