[Update] Thanks To Everyone That Helped Maggie Moo The Boston Terrier
We did it! If you don’t remember Maggie Moo, click here and ready her story. Well guess what, she got the surgery she needed and is doing great. Here’s the email we received from Jo-Ellyn G. Vincent, President of Boston Terrier Rescue of Alabama: Thank you all who generously and lovingly made it possible for Maggie Moo to have her cataract surgery. SHE CAN SEE AGAIN. She and I are very grateful for your financial help in restoring her vision. Both of us are doing our part in administering the eight (8) different eye medications every six hours. She is being a wonderful patient and seems to understand that all of this is for her benefit.
Boston Terrier Rescue of Alabama is truly blessed with such caring individuals who make it possible to continue to rescue and properly care for all of our Bostons. Your support and caring emails reassure me that we are on the right path in saving and rehabilitating, both physically and emotionally, the needy Bostons we have been able to rescue. Each day I am amazed and grateful to know that so many individuals are willing to help these sweet creatures.
Miss Maggie Moo sends her “bostie” kisses to you all. Again, thank you so much for helping her regain “the gift of sight”. Being able to see her go through each day with confidence, not fearing the unseen and unknown, has been a blessing.
