Pure Boston Terrier.

AGE:    7 years - WEIGHT: 15 lbs

Up to date on everything and fixed.

Daphne is a 7 yr old, 15 lb little boston who came from a puppy mill in Tenn. She has a very laid back personality, she is very easy going and get’s along with everyone she meets. As with most puppy mill dogs, Daphne loves the companionship of other dogs. She doesn’t mind sharing her food or her bed with another dog, she’s just content to having a full belly and being able to get some exercise. Daphne has never had the luxury of living in a home so she will need some work with housebreaking, She has had a full dental, been spayed and is up to date on her shot’s.Daphne had a tiny little growth on her hip that was removed and tested. It did come back mast cell but the vet felt that they got it all and they do not for see any future problems with it. The puppy mill owner in Tenn. was not smart enough to know that these dog’s needed to be kept on heartworm preventative so she did test positive for heartworm when she came into rescue. The vet said her heart sounds great so we have decided to do the slow kill method and treat her with the heartguard and Doxycycline which is relatively inexpensive. If you are considering adopting an older boston please consider Daphne, she will repay you with more love than you ever thought possible.
