[Adoption] Chako The Boston Terrier Needs A Home

If you are in or around the Huntington Beach, California area and need a new family member, Chako is your girl! Chako is currently with Boston Buddies Inc. and is already spayed, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, and good with dogs. If Chako sounds like a fit for your home, you can find all of her contact information on her Adopt A Pet page by clicking here. Here is a quick bio on Chako from Boston Buddies Inc.:

Chako says Hi! Chako is a 9 year old 21 lbs. Boston girl who was recently relinquished to Boston Buddies. Chako’s original owners left her behind with family members when they divorced and neither came back for her. Now those family members are moving and cannot take Chako with them. Even though Chako’s eyes look bad, she can see fine. Our general veterinarian made a preliminary diagnosis of corneal degeneration – her cornea is cloudy and she does have some minor scratching on her right eye and is on medication for that. Her eye pressure and tear production are normal. We are taking Chako to see the ophthalmologist to confirm the diagnosis and determine what medications, if any, she needs to be on for her eyes. Chako does have a few scars from an accident in 2008. Chako slipped out the front door of her home and ran into the street and was hit by a car. Her owners did get her the care and surgeries she needed to heal. Chako is a sweet, mellow girl who just wants a soft spot to land in that will love her and make her a member of their family. Chako gets along great with other dogs – she is not big on playing but she can hang out with them just fine. Chako is housebroken and knows how to use a doggie door. She is a very polite little girl who fits right in without hesitation. Chako is spayed, up to date vaccinations, micro chipped and heartworm and fecal tested (both negative). Her blood work came back completely normal too! Won’t you open your heart and home to Chako? Adoption donation $200
