The New York Times asked three dog experts which breeds were best suited to live in a New York City apartment. On one experts list, Boston Terrier made the cut! According to David Frei, Communications director  and television co-host of the Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show, Boston Terriers ranks 6th. According to the NY Times who published this article: “What are the 10 dog breeds best suited to life in a New York City apartment? We didn’t think it was a tough question. We were wrong. Asked which breeds made the cut, some experts reeled off dozens. Three dog lovers rose to the challenge, on the condition that a disclaimer be included: It absolutely killed them to limit their lists to 10, and they did so only at the insistence of The New York Times.”
